You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Omnigates Support Team through any of the methods provided on our contact us page.
All unopened products that are new with the retail packaging may be returned to Omnigates within 30 days regardless of the individual return policy.
Products that are received by Omnigates in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
- Any product not purchased from Omnigates.
- Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
- Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee (30% of the item’s purchase price) or be rejected.
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please contact us immediately.
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.
- Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you have received the wrong product, the product is defected, it doesn't match what was shown on our site, or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO restocking fee and NO charge for a return label, provided the item is within its return policy period. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund. This policy pertains to only OG-Mobifren products. All other marketplace Returns (Omnigates) will adhere to that specific policy. Requirements for Returns:
- Must include a valid original purchase order number from Omnigates.com.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging and in sale-able condition without any missing content.
- Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum 5% charge of the original MSRP price.
- Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
- Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
